Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 2 scoops Very Vanilla Chike
• ½ cup light soy milk
• 1 cup low fat or nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
• ¼ cup canned pumpkin, chilled
• a dash of pumpkin pie spice
• ice

Directions: Place ingredients in blender & blend until smooth. Taste and add more pumpkin spice if desired before blending to incorporate.
