Healthy Eggnog Shake

Ingredients:
• 2 scoops Vanilla Chike
• 8-oz skim milk
• light soy milk or rice milk
• 1 or 2 Tbsp sugarfree eggnog flavored syrup (try DaVinci)
• (optional) 3 ice cubes

Directions: Place ingredients in blender & blend until smooth. Taste & add more sugarfee eggnog syrup as desired.
