Chike Spiked Yogurt

Ingredients:
• One 6oz. container vanilla yogurt
• 2 scoops Very Vanilla, Strawberry Burst or Banana Magic Chike
• (optional) blueberries

Directions: Put 6oz. container of vanilla yogurt in a bowl and add two scoops of your preference of banana, strawberry, or vanilla Chike. It will look like there is more powder than yogurt - just keep mixing and it will all combine thoroughly. You can also add a few fresh blueberries for delicious flavor, texture and powerful antioxidants.
